This Privacy Policy describes how Luxissimo LLC (“Luxissimo,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit luxteeth.pro (the “Site”) or submit an inquiry about our professional wholesale program. This Site is intended for dental practices, med spas, and aesthetics professionals — it is a business-to-business site, and the information we collect is business contact information. We do not collect patient information or health information through this Site.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our wholesale application or contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, practice or business name, business email address, phone number, your role, number of locations, what you’re interested in, and any message you include. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and selected meeting time.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar analytics data, using cookies and similar technologies. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Advertising data. We may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and similar advertising tools on this Site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to measure ad performance and to show you relevant ads (including retargeting) on other platforms. Where we use advanced matching, limited contact details (such as a hashed email address) may be shared with the advertising platform. See “Your privacy choices” below for how to opt out.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry and provide wholesale program information and pricing; to schedule and conduct calls you request; to manage our business relationship, including our customer records and order follow-up; to send you information related to your inquiry (you can opt out of non-essential email at any time); to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to measure and improve our advertising; and to comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf to run this Site and our business: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), our customer relationship management system (Apollo.io), scheduling (Calendly), and business email (Google). These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

If we use advertising tools such as the Meta pixel, information collected by those tools is shared with the advertising platform for measurement and retargeting. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, including California’s, this kind of disclosure may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.

Opt out of targeted advertising / “sharing.” You may opt out of the use of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising by emailing hello@luxteeth.pro with the subject “Privacy opt-out.” We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where required by law.

Email. You can opt out of non-essential emails by replying “unsubscribe” or using the unsubscribe link where provided. We may still send transactional messages related to your inquiry or orders.

Cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site functionality.

Rights for California and other U.S. state residents

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share; to access a copy of it; to correct it; to delete it; to opt out of targeted advertising or “sharing”; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Data retention

We keep business contact records for as long as we have an active relationship or a legitimate business need — for example, records of wholesale inquiries and accounts are retained for our books and for royalty and sales reporting — and as required by law. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This Site is for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
