Manufacturing & testing
Luxissimo kits are produced by an FDA-registered manufacturer whose whitening formulas are independently tested at SGS North America — including consumer efficacy panels, 30-day stability testing, and preservative-effectiveness testing to ISO 11930.
Preservative-effectiveness testing — ISO 11930
Checks that the preservative system keeps the product microbiologically safe across its shelf life. The formula is deliberately contaminated with common organisms and then measured over time to confirm they are suppressed rather than able to grow.
30-day stability testing
Checks that the formula holds its properties over time rather than separating, discolouring or losing consistency. Samples are held under controlled conditions and re-examined across the period.
Consumer efficacy panel
Real users following the protocol under laboratory observation, rather than in-house assessment. The panel is conducted and reported by the independent laboratory.
